The name SiLom is drawn from Bangkok's renowned gay district — a spirit of inclusivity, vibrancy and cultural diversity. We recognised the parallel between Silom Road in Bangkok and Toronto's Church and Wellesley neighbourhood, affectionately known as The Village, and the bistro was designed to create a welcoming space where community, comfort and exceptional food converge.
